While the coaches/employees at Sentient Archery are very knowledgeable and experienced, the final decision/responsibility of what gear to purchase lies solely with the client.
Basic recommendations and advice will be happily given to clients during, before and after classes, presuming it does not affect other clients negatively. For more detailed advice and assistance regarding gear purchase, clients may be required to book and pay for the coaches time in the form of a standard private lesson format.
Any maintenance, setup and/or tuning of gear is not included in the price.
Neither Sentient Archery nor Archers of Zoolake condone the use of archery equipment outside of a designated archery range.
The right of service is reserved.
We reserve the right to adjust our Terms & Conditions at any time. We will, however, endeavour to inform our clients about any changes.
Sentient Archery Gear may have Used archery gear for sale at any time. Please contact us for a list of available Used gear for sale.
We will sell Used archery gear on behalf of clients at a set commission of 25%.
Due to the very specific and custom nature of the industry, it is very difficult to stock archery gear and accessories. Therefore, most of our orders are made on demand and customised for each client.
Stocked items will have a set price in rands.
New Gear Orders
Estimates can be sent to clients on request. Estimate prices are calculated based on the suggested retail prices from our supplier/s and are heavily dependant on the exchange rate, size of the order and shipping costs. Estimates are therefore only a guideline and the actual landed prices may vary.
Once clients have accepted an estimate, we will require a 70% deposit (of the estimated price) before we will officially place the order.
Payment of a deposit will be considered an agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Estimates under the value of R1000.00 will not require a deposit.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We will try to place orders regularly with our suppliers, but we are at the mercy of stock availability, the efficiency of the suppliers, courier companies, customs and other factors.
Invoicing & Payment:
Once an order is ready for delivery, we will send an invoice with the final Rand price/s via our online invoicing system.
Payment of any outstanding amount will be due upon receipt of the invoice.
We will only accept cash or direct electronic deposits (EFT).
All gear/equipment will remain the property of Sentient Archery Equipment Pty Ltd until full and final payment is received.
If an invoice is not paid within 30 days of invoicing, we reserve the right to sell the equipment to recover costs.
Full payment must be made (and cleared) before we will deliver any gear to clients.
Delivery of gear must be arranged.
The collection can be arranged at Archers of Zoolake Archery club at no additional cost.
Gear Orders can be couriered anywhere in South Africa at the client's request and expense.
Disputes or disagreements process
If there are any disputes or disagreements regarding the application of our Terms & Conditions and/or policies, clients are to notify our equipment manager directly, in writing, via email. (email@example.com).
